The Flow Sub Only Open

The Flow Sub-Only Open Tournament is founded by FlowBJJ in Rockland, Maine. All events are held in Mid-coast Maine. FSO features kids gi and nogi divisions, women's gi and nogi divisions, men's gi and nogi divisions, multiple pre-scheduled high level superfights, and men's and women's nogi Absolute divisions.

All matches are submission only — no points, no decisions. If no submission is reached in regulation, matches go to EBI Overtime.
