What Is
Flow Sub Only?

The Flow Sub-Only Open was founded by FlowBJJ in Rockland, Maine, built to bring high-level submission grappling to Mid-coast Maine and beyond. Every match ends by submission only or EBI overtime. No points. No decisions.

FSO runs two event formats: the Open Tournament — with full kids, women's, and men's gi and nogi bracket divisions — and Underground / Squads superfight events featuring elite teams from across the US and Canada, available in person and via livestream.
